Proposed    PROVINCIAL SUPPORT SERVICES (PSS)  

PURPOSE:  

To provide support services to all organizational levels of the province.

BOARD COMPOSITION: 7 members (estimated)

  • 3 from PEC (to include the PEC President as a voting member)
  • 2 appointed by PEC
  • 2 from Board of Cooperative Ministries (BCM)
  • Treasurer, Human Resources Officer & Archives staff attend as needed



ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the coordination of support for ancillary services to all organizational levels of the province (financial, human resource, archival & risk management)
     
  • Provide analytical support for measuring results.
     
  • Monitor the financial health for province by providing information to PEC & Board of Cooperative Ministries (BCM).
     
  • Assess financial health of churches & cooperative ministries.
     
  • Evaluate & recommend action on financial forgiveness requests from churches.
     
  • Assist PEC in allocating financial resources to cooperative ministries.
     
  • Monitor compliance & address issues regarding human resources, financial audits, operating risks & legal risk.
     
  • Provide oversight to the benefit(s) plan(s).
